Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping Policy.

Estimated shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, fulfillment delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will not intentionally misrepresent shipping times. For online merchandise orders, applicable federal law requires sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping representations and provides specific requirements when promised shipping dates cannot be met.

If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the applicable required or represented timeframe, we will provide appropriate notice and any cancellation/refund option required by law.
